     2. Click on 'Apply For Amendment of Manufacturer / Packer Registration Certificate' link
     3. Fill In The Online Application Form
     4. Upload The Required Documents
     5. Click On Payment Button To Make Payment
     6. Click On Preview Button To Verify & Confirm The Application Form
     7. Submit The Application
     8. Once The Application Is Approved, The Electronic Copy Of Certificate License Can Be Downloaded In Respective Applicant Login

(b) Documents To Be Submitted For Amendment of Requested Registration Certificate Is As Follow:
      i)Registered Address/Shorter address
          1. Certificate of registration of Industry/Shops Act
          2. Fees deposited Receipt
          3. Signature
     ii) Alteration in registration
          1. Certificate of registration of industry/shops act/NOC/Udyog Adhar, Registered partnership deed/ROC certificate
          2. Registration certificate
          3. Signature
     iii) Responsible Director
          1.Certified true copy of the Resolution
          2. Acceptance letter of Responsible Director(in the event add or alter the name)
          3. Signature

(c) Payment Mode For Requested License Is As Follow: (Amount: Rs. 500/-)
     1. Through GRAS
          a) Visit the GRAS website (https://gras.mahakosh.gov.in/echallan/)
          b) Login to website if you have registered or else click on ‘Pay Without Registration’ tab
          c) Enter the Department name (Controller Of Legal Metrology) in provided text box and click on ‘Submit’ button
          d) Fill up the form with necessary data and click on ‘Submit’ button
          e) Make the payment and save the Challan Number & Date for future reference

     1. Package Commodity: Registration Certificate, Fees deposited Receipt, Signature

     3. Importer premises: Authentic doc issued by Govt/Local Body, Fees deposited Receipt, Signature.
